Synthetic Grass for Porch Potty

When they said on the website that the mat might slip, they were NOT kidding! I have a 12 year old havanese who’s had surgery on both her hips, and when she went to jump up on the porch potty, the mat slipped and she fell off onto her side. I used double sided gorilla tape on all 4 corners to secure it, which i shouldn’t be having to do. FIX THE ISSUE, PORCH POTTY!! I understand you’re in business to make money, but my 2 mats i got when i first purchased the porch potty didn’t ever do this, so you’re obviously changing the manufacturing process to cheapen the materials and make more money. Can you please just appreciate your customers and not try to get them hurt? The unit worked fine until i bought the new mat. I now regret trying to replace the old ones.

I’ve been using the Porch Potty grass patch for a couple of weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the quality. I rinse and wash it every day, and it’s held up extremely well. The turf still looks great, and I haven’t noticed any shedding, fraying, or fibers coming loose despite the daily cleaning. It’s durable, easy to maintain, and has been a great solution for my dogs. I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.
