Uneekor has terrible software QA. I purchased the XO from Rain or Shine Golf a few months ago, and it's been so much trouble. First, it doesn't play nice with antivirus software. In support messages, they lead off by saying "uninstall antivirus." okay, fine. Second, the lie reading isn't accurate at all... I finally borrowed a GC4 to double-check. That one data point was really important to me and was worth it over other options like the GC3. But given that it's been useless, I really regret the extra $. Third - and what's finally tipped me into writing this review... is that the launch monitor fails to initialize after updates 2 weeks ago. Connections are good (Status on the computer is "OK" and I can callibrate it, proving the connection works.) It just fails to initialize. I sent their Support team a request for help... they responded (check IP address, uninstall antivirus). Earliest support appointment for a live call is almost 3 weeks away. Anyway, it's been two weeks since I've been able to use. Looking on Facebook, it sounds like I'm not alone. Don't buy till they get their act together.
