mBreakfast not what I expected

This supplement does not have good flavor. I was hoping to quickly shake it up in my blender bottle with almond milk during busy mornings. It has hard pieces and chunks and will need to be blended in my Vitamix instead.

Bad taste

I mixed it the first time with water like it recommended and it tasted awful I dumped it out. The next day I put it in a smoothie and was much better. Only used a few times but I feel like it gave me more energy
