These are the best health bars I’ve ever had. As someone who is vegan and gluten-free, they’re exactly the kind of snack I’m always looking for. Even my 75-year-old Russian mom — who usually rejects all the healthy alternatives I suggest because she’s diabetic — actually liked them, which is amazing, because she doesn’t like anything.
