I use this in my Ridge runner for a week in the Smokey Mnts. It solved the issue of shoulder squeeze and ankle knocking I had with other pads.

Very light compared to my older sleeping pad

I haven’t had a chance to actually use this yet given it’s the middle of winter and I bought it for a self Christmas present. But I was comparing weight With some old camping gear, and this pad is much lighter. I look forward to using it in the spring
