Finding Tartaric Acid
I have been looking for tartaric acid for a long time. I have several dishes where it is what gives the dish its distinctive flavor and I am thrilled to be able to make them again.

Mild Tartness
While tartaric acid added some tartness, it was not as strong as I would have preferred.

Excellent Quality Tartaric Acid
So I use quite a bit of tartaric acid.
I’ve gotten old lumpy tartaric acid from other companies.
The My Spice Sage product is always fresh tartaric acid, reasonably priced.
