Love the pepper. I’m so glad I ordered 10 pounds! I use it for flavor in most of the dishes I make. It has rich red color without the heat and spice that I can’t handle.

If you use paprika regularly, this Sweet Spanish Paprika needs a place in your spice rack. It adds a depth to food that is truly different from Hungarian. I think the best way to describe it is "rounder".
