Rib Rub

Very pleased

This was my first purchase of this specific product but I was pleased. When it comes to rub rubs in general, I want it to give my ribs a kick, not overwhelm them. I dry ribbed my Labor Day baby backs with it, wrapped them overnight and refrigerated them. The next day they were smoked in my oven with wood chips. I served the BBQ sauce on the side. The “naked” ribs had a nice warm flavor and you could taste the advertised spices used in the mix. I could have done it all with separate spices on my own, but this was more convenient, cost effective, and not as labor intensive. I still have plenty carefully stored away for a few more racks, but this will definitely be on my future summer spice purchase list.
