Cook's Almpmd Ppowder os an excellent product
I discovered almond powder from a Sicilian video msaking granita. The ppowder is so much better than almond extract. Cook's powder is grand.

Wonderful flavor
Cook's Vanilla's Almond Powder is wonderful! The flavor holds up in my cakes, fillings and toffee! I have a friend who is allergic to almonds, so when I know he'll be present I use only the Cook's Vanilla's Almond Powder in my sweet rolls, cake or cupcakes, and he can enjoy it with the rest of us!
