Your equipment is fantastic. Works as advertised. I have been flying over beautiful Alaska and from the external mount I have 2 and a half minutes of awesome mountains and glaciers. Stuff to make a lasting memory on a you tube video blog. But…the Hero 8 failed after those 2 and a half minutes and I got nothing since. Headed back to the lower 48 !

The small magnets that hold the prop filter on the camera fell out .

Bought the Hero 8 package based upon a friend's recommendation and was very pleased with the functionality of all components. Appreciate that you are redesigning the prop filter as I could not get it off! (will be taking you up on the offer to replace this summer)
