No customer service contract

My instructor recommended your company and said you had great rosin. After using hers I wad excited to purchase my own. I ordered rosin for cello and instead received rosin for a violin even though my order and invoiced confirmed it was for cello. I have emailed about 6 times over the last two weeks along about an exchange and no one has gotten back to me. That is a little disappointing. I feel like I wasted $30 and the company isn't helpful which is unfortunate.
