Rosin is great, as I’ve used it many times before, but this time when it arrived the cake was cracked. Tried multiple times to contact House of Rosin regarding a replacement, by phone and email, to no avail. Left multiple voicemails to their number, and they have yet to contact me. Horrible customer service unfortunately
