Rosin came completely shattered and broken

Rosin came in in a completely shattered and powdered state. I sent out multiple emails hoping for some kind of replacement or refund, but I have not gotten a single response within the last two weeks now. I have no idea what is going on with the email system, but I need someone to respond. $50+ for a completely defective item with no customer respond is ridiculous.
