Heated the Pool Great

Our pool started at a temperature of 71 degrees and the next day the pool was 79. Even when the outside temperature got cold overnight, the pool remained at 80 degrees. So far we are happy with this purchase.

120v doesn’t produce the heat expected

I want to love this product. But for $1500 I can’t get it to heat more than 1F over the ambient temperature. Manual and online video link are out of date. They are for the previous version that had a timer. They no long program them with timers. Manual does not proy list all the different codes and info. Lastly customer service is hard to get a hold of.

The heater works great. The assemble instructions were not as clear as they could be. We ordered a refurbished model and we were missing the extra parts package and the instructions. Fibropool was quick to send us these missing items.
