Ok wow!!! First of all, the packaging is amazing. Each item was packaged individually, inside of a special “tarnish free” baggy that was each inside of a cute little suede pouch. The jewelry itself is very very beautiful, much more than you can tell online. And, their customer service is AMAZING. I ordered during Black Friday, so of course I expected it to take a while & had no problems waiting but they emailed me throughout the process, letting me know when it was taking longer, shipped, etc. I also placed a separate order as an xmas gift for a friend; they let me know it wouldn’t be arriving in time for xmas, and offered to refund me if I wanted to cancel my order. Of course I had no problems waiting but the fact that they even offered to cancel & refund really took me by surprise! Then they offered to make a slight adjustment (a slightly smaller loop part of the earrings) and would give me a little discount for that & would be able to mail it in time for xmas, AND even included pictures of the earrings with each size loop so I could see the difference. I was amazed at the very personal attention & care I received in reference to my order, especially during such a crazy busy time!! I am so incredibly happy I decided to order from here, and I will absolutely be ordering more in the future & recommending them to everyone!
