Great Workout Tool

I got this Mammoth Band for my mom. She is getting into fitness, and this is a great tool for her to use and improve her over all strength and technique regarding lower and upper-body exercises. It is great for good mornings, and seated overhead pressing.

I have now purchased 2 mammoth bands and the triceps strap, and I have been extremely pleased with all 3 items!! I am a Fire Fighter, and these items are easy to tote to my station and also very durable. I love the products!!

The package says 36" but online it's referred to as 72", the sides doubled. The model in the photos must be quite short because at 5'11" it feels maximally stretched over the neck and under the feet. Still, it does a good job with what I wanted it for: sit on it and press it overhead for warmups, lay with it around your foot and pull back for some hip and groin stretching, make an X with it on your back and press out for bench warmups. It's supposedly 60 lbs resistance, about a Rogue black band, but it feels less than that to me. Still, it's much more comfortable on the hands than a latex band. I'll probably get the Max version also for more tension.
