Size chart incorrect

Your size chart is incorrect. I have a 42 INCH chest dog ordered the large like your chart in INCHES suggests. Got the large but in measures 18 INCHES. I believe you are measuring in centimeters. I did call and got a 2x it is still not big enough, but I was told you do not have the 3x size you show on line. Thanks anyways
