They swapped my order before it shipped with no hassle at all. The mold arrived on time, which I was really thankful for because I needed it for a board and was worried about delays. The plastic is inconsistent and stringy on style of the molds, tells me quality control isn't the best. Also you need to make more molds for various things, letters, placement, symbols like diamonds and hourglasses... there's more than just the standard you child easily expand to
