Almost perfect

I spent a lot of time finding a personal item like this bag. This replaced a baggalini one that didn’t have a laptop compartment or bottle holder. I love the styling and the shoulder strap. I’m still unsure about the shoe compartment, but I think I will come to love it. However, the front compartment is awful. If your bag is fully packed, the zipper will destroy your hand trying to get a pen or something else out of it. The main compartment has the same metal zipper, but you can open it wider to get items out. I still like the bag, but I won’t use the front compartment if the main compartment is full.
