Loc Trifecta Bundle

No response to email

This is not about the products. Emails were sent to your 'contact us' address to cancel this order because another bundle or package that fit my need was placed. No reponse. Both orders were shipped . Not responding to customer's emails is unprofessional. I sent another email after I received both packages, still no response. I felt I was ignored.

These products worked great for me. They also left my hair smelling and feeling good!
