I have been in touch with your support team many times. Product still has not arrived. Packages delayed due to stock issues and no communications about what is happening until I contact your team. Have been provided with a 10.00 gift card but remain unsatisfied as this has happened a number of times since your company changes. Very poor. Understand that with change comes bumps but send your longstanding customers and especially your subscription customers some updates about potential disruptions as your company navigates changes. Everything has been bad since company changes were made. Not one problem before with product, shipments.
