Finally found a protein powder that meets the bar. It mixes well. I use half milk / half water. The taste is great. But most of all I don't feel bloated after drinking it. Always had challenge getting down other protein powder drinks. Gotta say Bio steel has a 5 star product here. I'll be buying regularly.
