Don’t Buy These!

Super disappointed in Wicked Brick, my case took over 12 weeks to receive and when it finally arrived it was incomplete! Wicked brick is finally sending the pieces after a week of emailing back and forth, but also stated that it will take them about 2 weeks… just to send the metal cubes! In the end it will take 4 months for me to be able to hang this thing up, hopefully….

Missing Parts, refused to refund return postage.

Unfortunately this item arrived with two missing parts and due to this being a Christmas gift for my son, I asked to return for a full refund because there was no time to resolve this before Christmas. I received a reply after Christmas, once the offices opened again and was offered replacement parts instead or returning the item. I explained that wasn't an option now because it was a gift for xmas and that I'd already had to go and buy something else. I then returned the item at my own cost and am now being refused the return postage cost because I had 'chosen' a return instead of the replacement parts. Extremely disappointed by this as I am not out of pocket due to an error by the company through no fault of my own.

Falcon Stand

First of all, I have to say that this is a high-quality product. The individual parts are precisely milled and fit together well. However, you have to exert a little pressure when putting them together. This means that the parts fit together perfectly and nothing wobbles. Depending on which stand you choose, the price is already in the upper segment. Nevertheless, I will continue to equip my collection with the stands from Wicked Brick, as I haven't found anything better so far.
