Beef Snack Sticks

I was pleased with the beef sticks, tasty treat! My brother in-law is diabetic and loved them. I am ready to order a 1/8th cow share again, is much appreciated size for two! I wanted to ask if it's possible to get the hamburger 90% instead of 80%??If so, I would like to know cost difference! I will be ordering soon for Oct. pick up in Portland. Grew up eating my grandfathers beef and am truly grateful for your services!! thank you, David
