Merlin+ 2.0 E945/E945M Genuine Remote

I have not been able to program the E975M following the 5 stage instruction. When holding two side buttons simultaneously for plus 20 seconds the light continues to flash. So cant get to instruction 2. The other 3 stage method does not work either as the opener light does not flash after even 30 seconds? Help

Followed programming process then used new remote to operate garage door. All good!.

Remote came within a few days, was very wasy to choose the correct one from the site, and extremely easy to program. Highly recommend
