B&D TB-7v1 Genuine Remote

I don’t think much of your after sales service. I have sent you a message before saying that the remote could not be coded in. Obviously you haven’t read the message or you don’t care but in the end I’ve had to get a BND service technician out here to try and code it in. He. He couldn’t do it either saying it must be faulty so he swapped it with another new one that he had and it worked perfectly first time that Service call cost me $110 and the $76 for your original remote which didn’t work.The review would have been better if you had been in touch to say we will send you another one and you post the original one back but not one communication was heard from you so the way I look at it is you now owe me $110 for something for something that I shouldn’t have had to door at least reimbursed for the price of the remote that was no good.
