Professor Pravec has to be one of the most technical instructors yet. Brilliant instructional with amazing detail. Strangely enough what fascinates me is when professor Pravec is teaching, everything he does is so smooth and precise. His transitions are like silk and just reinforces the notion of technique first over everything. Great instructional to show how to keep attacking from various positions with minimal brute strength. This is just amazing! Buy it for sure!

Karel's material with Firas was fantastic, and this series goes even deeper. I'm especially a fan of the armpit grip and how he lands it so smoothly from a variety of positions. For context I also went through the 11h Danaher Armbar series (Enter the System) and some Dave Camarillo material, and this is *still* complementary. There are levels to mastery. Hope I'll get a chance to visit his gym someday, cheers from Japan!

This instructional exceeds expectations. Great details right from the start. The experienced practitioner will appreciate the level of detail. A beginner won’t be overwhelmed and if you follow carefully the information is densely packed. You will be able to use this content for many many years.
