Celebration Tree Gift

My daughter-in-law is hard to buy for. She really does not appreciate most things people give her. I started giving her a tree some time ago and I now get great thank you notes. She is hoping there will be a grove with her name on it.

Giving the gift of trees to friends and family who don't need anything, is the best gift I can think of. The environment (with all the deforestation that seems to be going on, no matter what the reason is) can certainly benefit from planting as many trees (of the right kind, in the right place) as possible. Trees for a Change is the BEST! Kim, the tree lover in-chief, answers the emails very promptly, and one gets the feeling this is an idea (the idea of restoring a forest) worth every penny. Nice idea

I loved the concept but no way to know if the certificate was actually delivered.Other than looking for a name , I don't see a verified form of knowing if a tree was actually planted or not.
