ShakeSphere showed their strength on this order for me. After i had bee using their "basic" shaker for the better part of 2 years, i decided to upgrade to the insulated steel one. long story short- first order got lost in the mail. after contacting their -very friendly and understanding- support staff, they immediately sent me another one, which made it through to me. Product itself is sturdy, reliable, has a tight fit, does not leak and shakes and cleans very well! 12/10, will buy again. customer service 15/10!

The shaker is pretty good. The constant emails ever since, asking for a review of it, are a real pain in the neck.
