I personally found that the Healthy Kapha tablets have had a bigger and more positive impact on my body than the Kapha Digest did. Having said that I noticed some improvement fairly quickly so perhaps longer term use would yield more noticable results. I buy a lot of Banyan Botanicals products from Saatvic, both my partner and I use Healthy Skin and all 3 of the Healthy (dosha types) as needed and love them.
