Raspberry / Classic Chocolate Truffles

Classic describes these truffles perfectly!

I come from a chocoholic family, and the bar is pretty high for what could be considered "the best" truffle. That said, every time I bring some of the classic dark chocolate truffles home with me, it's agreed that these are absolutely the best in Cleveland (if not ever!).
