Holstein Traditional Plowden Violin

Warm sound, beautiful appearance

I purchased the Holstein Traditional Plowden violin as a replacement for a violin that was just too bright sounding to my ears. Based on my preferences, Pierre chose a few violins and performed a comparison video. The Plowden that I purchased has Obligato strings, and I also bought the Holstein 2-star Pernambuco violin bow.
