Holstein Traditional Kreisler Violin

Simply the best sound, in my opinion. I was supposed to get the Kreisler, but this Cannone is better. Happy accident. Will continue to purchase from Fiddlershop for all my needs.

Wonderful Violin

Hi. My daughter and I searched for Intermediate/Advanced violins online for a few weeks until we came across Fiddlershop. She had her heart set on the Holstein Traditional Kreisler violin. I ordered it for Christmas. It arrived via FedEx within a few days with obvious care in packaging to Alaska from Florida. She is very happy with the quality and tone. It's almost embarrassing how bad her previous violin sounds compared to this one. It has amazing tone! Her Orchestra teacher moved her around in class after Christmas Break and I wondered if he thought her skills improved so much that he jumped her up vs it being the sound quality of a new violin. He also required her to join a solo ensemble competition that will take place next month. This was an amazing find for the quality and price! Many students in her class have stated their violins were over $4,000 but this proves that price does not always equal quality. The Holstein Traditional Kreisler violin's tone is equal if not better than higher end competing violins. I highly recommend for any high school or college student wanting an upgrade. Exceptional satisfaction! I am so very happy with this purchase. Will be back when my other daughter is ready to upgrade her viola!

Balance Violin

Overall tone is good, G,D,E strings do well 3rd 4th position with the violin humming beautifully. A strings struggle abit to maintain tonal quality in 3rd and 4th position. Good for its price.
