Bad Customer Service

The dress itself was great quality, it ran a little small. I’ve contacted Kennedy Blue via email and by filling out their forms online twice in order to get the items returned and exchanged. I never heard back from them and was never able to return the dresses and get refunded. Very disappointed in their customer service as they are decently priced dresses.

Stunning

I have yet to use it but have tried it on and it is beautiful! The bride was thrilled with the style and the color (fog I believe it is called) and it has very subtle pockets which is always a plus. I cannot wait to wear it for the actual event but am very happy with the dress.

Comfortable and good quality

I had to have alterations to the shorten the straps to bring the bust up, but overall, the dress fit well and was very comfortable.
