Concerned that one side of the harness cuts my dog under her throat rather than clutching her chest. Waited to see how my brother’s dog’s harness fits her — they have the same harness and recommended it to me — and we both have decided that PERHAPS a smaller size might work better. Will you allow me to exhange my size for a smaller size when I return to NY this Friday.
