2014-2017 Volkswagen Touareg Plug and Play Remote Start Kit

I'm sorry to have to give a negative review. I want to like this product and get it installed. However, there is no help to advance the project. 1. There is no Step 2 video for my vehicle, and no other documentation. Other than unpackaging the shipment, I cannot do anything with the harness. There is not even instruction for using the OBD-II cable to get a preliminary diagnosis about which type of installation will be required. 2. I have not had an answer to my e-mail request for assistance for 4 days ago. 3. One early morning phone call was answered. However, he could not provide needed assistance. An expected returned call the same day from a more senior tech who could provide needed assistance did not occur. 4. Numerous phone calls subsequently (about 20) all end up at the same recorded message with no recourse. 5. My offer to help create instructional video for my model has gone unanswered. 6. There are only instructions about shipping back to the company for additional programming. There is nothing about using a USB-C-PD cable to do the programming as I was told is possible during a conversation last December, 2025.

One of the red clip for the black connector is very flimsy and cheap compare to the factory clip. It won't stay locked.
