bought a au2 for my audi install was a breeze , programming not so easy could the au2 would not program to my car followed online instructions could not get module to program called tech support told the problem they went over the install with me over the phone . tech support decided to warranty the hole kit due to possible bad module, 7 days later received new kit tried to install same problem called tech support again they decide to just to return and refund me this is not a bad review just that for some reason the au2 kit did not work in my car wish i could figure it out but not sure how too , there could could be some thing wrong with my car causing the problem will keep on doing research to see if i can find anything , i do want to say thank you 12volt for your time

I gave a 5 star review even though I encountered an issue from the start. Upon viewing the instructions in step 1, it stated to connect the adapter harness to the OBD port and read the supplied piece of paper explaining what to do next. Problem was that I did not have this paper in my kit. To further confuse matters I received the stage 2 programming packet which stated that the module required the stage 2 programming. At this point I thought this was determined already until I talked to Jamie in Tech. Support which by the way was great to talk to. After this was cleared up the installation was a breeze and system works perfectly. Thank you; Mike
