Extra large size is actually extra large, all the other brands i tried that were L/XL didnt even fit, for a 6ft4 muscular guy this is the only brace so far ige found that actually fits around the forearm and is truly an XL size.

Cover fabric is super soft, so the silicon cushion sticks out rather than pushing in, makes no effect for tenis elbow relief unfortunately.

Best brace I've used and i've tried many. ThIs is the only one that the hook and loop fastens securely and last more than a couple of weeks.. It is also wide enough to provide good support to isolate the affected elbow joint.. I thoroughly recommend this product.
