Needs Better Selection Process

I selected a font that was in all caps (RALEWAY) and the example pictures showed all caps, but that's not what I received. I also think they need to add button selections for where to place the text so it's obvious where everything will be on the ruler (top, middle, bottom alignment). Instead they have a freeform box that just says "Include any direction about placement." If it was an actual button it would force users to think about where the text should be ahead of time. I didn't include details but now I regret that the text is in the middle. That's a weird default choice because it's where most people will be recording all the heights for their kids. The piece also comes folded and the wood splits right at the edge of a letter which is another reason to not have it as the default placement.
