Overall very bed experience. The pillow comes without protector. I purchased additional protector when I realized and the protector is only half covering. Then I was told to get an additional cover for the pillow and the protector. Costumer service was not helpful. It has been a great tool for baby before he was able to sit up as well as after for a safe back support. We also occasional used for tummy time.

I love my peekaboo pillow and use it every day with my baby; however, I was disappointed that the cover does not fully enclose the pillow. I didn’t look closely enough when I ordered it because I just assumed it was like a regular pillow case… especially for the price. I feel like I overpaid for a piece of fabric that lays over the top.
