Sturdy! But uncomfortable

I bought this as I have issues holding up my neck sometimes due to multiple different disorders. The material is soft and the foam is nice and sturdy, so I can't deny the incredible quality of the product. But... The foam lipping under the neck is so insanely uncomfortable because it isn't rounded. The square nature of the lipping digs into under my neck and chin no matter how loose or tight I wear it, making me feel like I'm being lightly choked at all times. I'd give this collar 5 stars for how nice and sturdy it is, but 3 stars for overall comfort. Which is why I'm giving it 4/5 stars. I feel like this could be a really amazing product with a few adjustments.
