I keep getting emails asking how my plants are doing

I keep getting these emails asking how the plants I ordered are doing. The only problem is, it's been over a week and I haven't even received them. They were supposed to be here 4 days ago, at least that's what it said when I placed my order. I realize this could be out of the hands of Aquarium Plants Factory, but I responded to one of their emails notifying them of the late delivery with no response.

Arrived as a thick vibrant clump, has thrived everywhere I put it.
