This is not as advertised. I tried to contact for a refund and did not get a response. I was told by a customer service rep that the material looks silky/satin. After asking for a picture of the material I was told “one moment” and never heard back. It was not at all silky. The writing is also pictured to be shiny/metallic. It was just plain matte grey. They looked cheap and I spent nearly 200 for my wedding day that I can’t get back because I’m constantly being ignored by customer service. Go with a more reputable website like “the knot” if looking for something for your wedding day.
