My experience with Bridesmaids Gifts Boutique was excellent! Everything was exactly what I ordered and hoped for based on the website pictures, and it was delivered to me in a quick time frame. The robes, glasses, jewelry boxes and cups were beautifully monogrammed along with gift wrapped in these adorable monogrammed boxes for each bridesmaid/flower girl. The bridal robe that I bought fit so well and it was a exactly what I asked for!

We were sent the wrong size. I tried to get in touch with them to exchange. After a week, I finally had a reply. They said they had to send me a return label. However, they never sent a return label. So, we had the wrong size for one of the bridesmaids. Very poor customer service!
