Well made product, need to rethink design

The product itself is well made, good steel, great axel and wheels, but in order to anchor the kit to your cooler, you need to remove the rubber feet and drill into what’s under the feet, which on my RTIC and Igloo is the HD foam, the bolt anchors in the kit just spun in the foam when I was trying to tighten down the plate with the axel. On top of this, I have now emailed the company for a return process, and have not heard back from them.
