Excellent customer service

It is a beautiful necklace and I was wearing it 24/7. Sadly, it broke within a few weeks of receiving. I emailed customer service and they were extremely responsive. I sent in a photo and my account was credited the same day. I would give customer service 5 stars and will definitely buy from them again. My bracelets from enewton are beautiful!
