Great glider

Took a little longer to assemble than the suggested time, but once put together it is an incredible glider. Very smooth, nearly effortless glide. Also, the glide is silent, so we can enjoy in peace. Had a small cosmetic crack on the back rest, which customer service was very responsive to. We got it stained and have no regrets with that. We also got the cup holders, which seem very sturdy, but we haven't tried them yet.

Had Doubts but Satisfied

We received the swing with a bottom slat broken. It was frustrating to call the customer service number and agents aren't available; ever. However, customer service was prompt via email. We received a new slat around a week later. My husband swapped it out for the broken one and it's good as new. The company should consider putting alphabetic stickers on the parts to match the instructions to make it a bit easier to out together. It wasn't hard but my husband is mechanically inclined. Overall we are completely satisfied with our glider and happy we went with this company.

I love the porch glider. Again, like the chair, it has a few scratches here and there but nothing I can't put a little cedar stain on to fix. It looks great, it is comfortable, and just what I wanted for my covered back patio. I hope to enjoy the glider and the rocking chair for many years to come.
