Love the product overall. But some of the pieces have minor damage from shipping and/or packaging. I think it's ridiculous to ask customers to pay another $40 to "guarantee" no hassle returns or remedies for damage that might occur in shipping. If it takes another $40 to ship it in a way to avoid damage, just do that and add it to the price. You should always guarantee safe delivery of your product: period. Anyway, I got the swing in a reasonable time, put it together, and we're enjoying it.
