I ordered some decaf coffee beans and a latte mug, but the mug I initially received was much smaller than I expected and didn’t come with a saucer. After double-checking my order, I realized I had accidentally selected the 6 oz size. I reached out to customer service about an exchange, and they were incredibly helpful. They sent me a new 12 oz cup without any issues. I’m really grateful for their kindness and for making my shopping experience with Nossa so much better!

Nice cup.... but watch out for the disclaimer

I love these cups; they are usually the main topic of the conversation when I have guests. My only complaint is that if you buy based on the picture, you won't realize that you need to buy the saucer separately.

Perfect size.

The cups are a quality porcelain, thick enough to retain your coffee's heat. They also have the Nossa Familia Coffee logo which I really like. I enjoy buying different size cups from the roasters I routinely purchase my coffee from to use with the coffee I am currently drinking.
