I was surprised at how difficult it was to find good quality carrot powder. Other brands I checked out tended to have poor reviews. (Bad taste/rock solid etc.)This is an excellent quality product. Good texture and lovely taste. Also, since I have a nut/peanut allergy, I am impressed with the rigorous testing for multiple allergens. A good experience over all.
